Thanks, Susanne. I don't know how many sales will come from it but it's worth a try. I'm getting tired of these no sales multiple months in a row. I'm getting desperate to try any new way to get books into the hands of the readers. E :)
Elysabeth, have you thought about trying a blog tour of your books? You can either pay someone to set one up for you or you can do it yourself. I know it can be a lot of work setting it up yourself, but it may be worth it if you can get more people to know about your books.
I can't remember if you've already tried this, but what about doing readings at public libraries? You can also have books available for purchase and to sign. Maybe also do a drawing for one of those bookworms you make for anyone who buys a book at the reading.
Check into restaurants/fast food places that are kid friendly. See if they have a family night and offer to do a book reading. Have flyers/brochures available with purchase information on them.
Do you do guest posts or interviews on other blogs you follow? These are great ways for people to learn more about you and your books.
Just some quick ideas and thoughts that I hope might help.

I've tried several of these previously but have had to put things aside for a while due to my life interfering - a lot has happened in just the last year and I'm slowly getting back into things. I hope to have my second novel published this year (lack about 10,000 words to write and then you know - all the editing, rewriting, et cetera).
As far as library events go, I can only sell books there if it is a library sponsored event (and I'm supposed to be involved in one sometime this year, because I started coming to a couple of the book clubs). I hope to have The Ties of Time published prior to that event so that I can have two novels to sell instead of just one. That will probably be the debut of The Ties of Time (event is scheduled for October, November or December - lol).
When it gets closer to time for that event, I will probably do some online promotions.
